Welcome to "Website" operated by K-Beauty Store ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Website and the purchase of beauty and skincare products from us. By placing an order or otherwise using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Us

2. Eligibility

By using this Website and placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian;

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and

  • The information you provide to us during the order process is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our Products, including colours, textures, and packaging, as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual appearance of the Products.

Product descriptions, ingredients, and images are provided for general information. Please always check the ingredient list on the packaging before use, particularly if you have allergies or sensitive skin.

Patch Test Recommendation: As with any cosmetic or skincare product, we recommend carrying out a patch test 24–48 hours before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or a pre-existing skin condition. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and seek medical advice if necessary.

We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the Product(s) in your order. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order; this acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A legally binding contract between you and us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your Product(s) have been shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a Product is out of stock, there is a pricing or listing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before dispatch to give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel.

  • Payment is taken at the time of order through our third-party payment provider(s). We do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout; however, these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly at marketing@k-beautystore.co.uk if any items are missing, incorrect, or damaged.

If you fail to take delivery following a failed delivery attempt or provide incorrect delivery details, we may charge a reasonable fee for re-delivery or storage.

7. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are a consumer shopping from within the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Products, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To cancel, please notify us in writing (by email to marketing@k-beautystore.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return the Products to us at your own cost, in their original, unopened, and unused condition with seals intact.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to beauty, skincare, or cosmetic Products once opened, used, or where the hygiene seal has been broken, unless the Product is faulty or not as described.

Once we receive the returned Product(s) in an eligible condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days, including standard delivery charges (where applicable). This does not affect your other statutory rights.

8. Faulty or Damaged Products

If a Product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at marketing@k-beautystore.co.uk with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Allergies, Sensitivities and Medical Disclaimer

Our Products are intended for general cosmetic use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a known allergy, skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are otherwise concerned about using a Product, please consult a doctor or dermatologist before use.

We are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from misuse of a Product, failure to conduct a patch test, or failure to follow the usage instructions provided.

10. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product photography, is owned by or licensed to K-Beauty Store and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.You agree not to misuse the Website, including by introducing viruses or malicious code, attempting unauthorised access to our systems, or using the Website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

11. Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or Products, and our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant Product(s).

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
