Currency

All payments on K- Beauty Store are processed in GBP (£). If your card requires currency conversion, your bank and/or payment provider may charge exchange fees or transaction fees. K- Beauty Store is not liable for these charges, as they are not processed or received by us.

Coupon Codes & Store Credit

You can apply a coupon code at checkout. After entering your code, click "Apply" to deduct the discount from your order total. If you proceed to checkout without clicking "Apply," the discount will not be reflected in your order total.

Please enter your coupon code exactly as received, with no spaces before, within, or after it. We recommend copying and pasting the code to avoid errors.

Store credit is issued as a coupon code valid for 3 months from issue. Only one coupon code may be used per transaction. Some codes are single-use per registered account and carry a specific expiry date.

All coupon codes are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion. Only one coupon code can be applied per order (certain items may be excluded from coupon discounts). You will be notified at checkout if your coupon code is not valid for your order.
